It’s a blog, not bollocks

Well, I’m 20+ days away from my FYP deadline and each nite I’m like workin’ till late at nite, ’bout 3-4 in the midnite.Yesterday as usual, worked till 3am then online chat with friends to relax, right until 5 o’clock, listen some mp3 then slept at 6am. Dun be surprised, this is my normal routine when I have a project on hand. ok…I slept at 6am, and now it’s 9 something, so WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING HERE while i should be sleepin’? well, i wake up is just for the sake of eatin’ durian. It’s a long story.

2 days back (Sunday), my neighbour auntie gave my mum a durian and told that it’s called "ice-cream durian". Initially I thought that it’s ice-cream with durian flavour (hahahaha…), but it turned up to be a "real" durian, not ice-cream. Actually it’s nothing special but it’s type of clone durian, either D2 or 101. Well it’s not unusual at all, as it’s durian season now. That day I was supposed to help my friend to format pc (hey, sorry tat i put you aeroplane, but i thk i’ve made a rite move, i chose durian..hahahahaha). Ok, my neighbour auntie told my mum that it’s ripe and can be eaten immediately, so my whole family squat around the durian and startin’ to investigate on it. We smell it, shake it…but all the signs show that it’s still unripe. But since my neighbour auntie said so, we’ve decided to open it.

YUUUUCKS!!! It’s totally RAW!!!

It’s completely unripe and it’s so hard, eatin’ it would be like mashin’ potato (烩番薯). what a waste. Disappointed, we told my neighbour auntie ’bout it, she was surprised too. But then perhaps she felt embarrassed and give us another durian of the same breed. We juz had a very good lesson and this time we’re not gonna too anxious for it. we WAIT. Sunday nite, Monday mornin’, Monday nite…yet there’s no sign of riping. I wonder what durian izzit. Is the durian gene aberrated durin’ the clonin’ process…?

This morning (juz now), my mum rushed into my room and shouted with joy, "The durian is ripe, wake up, wake up open it!!!". ARGHH…I was thinkin’, "Ma, I can’t even open my eyes, how cud i open a durian?". What to do? It’s Hobson’s choice. I’m the one at home who know how to open a durian (besides my dad, but he’s workin’ now), errr, not even my brother (shhh…dun let him know tat i talkin’ bad ’bout him, in fact he’s learnin’ now, from me…hahahaha….). Ha, no more surprise this time, juz as what i anticipated, it’s very nice, at least for a clone durian, it should be nice.

When I was eatin’, out of a sudden i turned to my mum and told her, "Ma, I know what I’m gonna do after graduate. I…", before I could really finish my word, she juz casually said, "Ya, sell durian ma…". OMG!!! how cud she read my mind? Hahaha…As mentioned in my previous post, I’m not sure whether I should be a technologist or coolie, but now I know.

I want to be a DURIAN RETAILER. ROFL!!!

Dun laugh ok? I got a friend has a durian plantation, so he knows the durian price very well. There’s a clone (I’m not sure of the name), the dealer price is ’bout RM8 per durian, and most of ‘em are sellin’ at ’bout RM12 - RM15 per kg. For a clone durian, it’s easily 1kg plus to 2 kg, so each durian would be sellin’ at RM20+. See, the profit margin is so high, ’bout 200%. Where can you get this kind of business with the profit of 200%? Muahahahahahhaha…..

So ppl you see, that’s why a ppl standin’ at a roadside stall sellin’ fruits is much richer than a general manager…hahahhaha…

Erm…sorry to speak, I dun haf any outstanding experience to share, but yet I’m writin’ a post here, guess what? Yeah, cuz there’s some special reason that stimulated me, and that’s why i’m here though it’s 6 something in the mornin’ (haven’t been sleepin’ for the whole nite)…

Well, some of you may know that last nite (should be 2 days ago, it’s mornin’ now!!!) I juz manage to get sEeWan to get back on the track of "bloggin’ addiction" (she’s writin’ blog again, and i’m sure tat she’ll keep it on). Perhaps no one knows, she is THE ONE who influenced me and now I’m enthusiast in it >_<. So PLS dun ask me again why do I start bloggin’. Still remember that day I was really excited to share the incident (first post of my blog) with her, but somehow she inspired me like "hey, y not i become a narrator n depict the whole story in my blog?". Since then I guess quite a number of ppl got attracted by that post..hee..hee..

Indeed bloggin’ is fun, but I’m not gonna post my blog that often for the time being, as my final year project deadline is getting nearer, 40 days left and yet I’m still being so lazy…*sigh*..my hand is trembling now..

sEeWan, after finishing your "Formulation, Manufacture & Testing", dun curi tulang wo, muz post everyday ah, I’ll go and check de=D Anyway, wish you all the best and score well in your test (or else our deal will be void, remember?)

Suppose to get this message posted on 1 Jul, but then dun have any internet access at that time..anyway, I dunno who the heck spread this rumour, but luckily I’m not the only one got conned.

I was told in the morning that the price of petrol is gonna raise again on 1 Jul, then I juz laugh, "ha, maybe this is a rumour spreaded by one of the petrol station nearby, wants you to patronize the station…". Eventually I found that most of the petrol station out there having long queue. Looks like it’s not a rumour at all, but then…erm…luckily the petrol price has no changes on the following day.

But, why do ppl believe the rumour and head straight to the station without a second thought? obviously ppl don’t wanna pay more. but the main reason is each increment is not a small amount!! As far as I’m awared of, the last increment is 10 cents, from RM1.42 per litre to RM1.52. Before that the price is ’bout RM1.38, but that doesn’t remain too long. So it’s common that ppl don’t doubt ’bout the statement at all. here’s a comic I found quite interesting…

err…perhaps this company has a foresight that sooner or later it will create hatred among the citizens, so it’s name is denominated in such a way "PETROleum of NASty"….
